Definitions
  • Defective Product: Manufacturing defect, functional fault, or damage prior to delivery.
  • Incorrect Product: Differs from item ordered (variant/size/spec).
  • Eligible Return: Meets all conditions in this Policy.
  • False Claim: Request based on excluded reasons or without proof.
Eligibility — We Accept
  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged in transit prior to delivery
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect variant/specifications received
Not Accepted
  • Orders from platforms other than www.gadgetninja.in
  • Used/installed items that cannot be resold or are permanently fixed/adhered (e.g., Pair of Chrome-Style Car Side Decors)
  • Damage due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
Invalid / False Claims Returns are not accepted for:
  1. Ordered by mistake
  2. Ordered by a child without consent
  3. Meant to order another brand but ordered Gadget Ninja
  4. Accepted COD by mistake
  5. Changed mind after delivery
  6. Found cheaper elsewhere after purchase
  7. No longer need/want the product
  8. Minor color/texture/finish variation due to lighting/screen
  9. Courier delay not attributable to the Company
  10. “Not as expected” when matching the site description/images/specs
Return Window Request within 7 calendar days of delivery (courier tracking decisive). Late requests are rejected.
Proof Requirement Provide clear, dated photos/videos of defect/damage/incorrect item before pickup approval. Claims without proof are rejected.
Return Shipping Company arranges and bears pickup cost for Eligible Returns. Secure packing required. Only the product must be returned unless otherwise requested in writing.
Condition on Return Used/worn items accepted if genuinely defective. If inspection finds no defect/inconsistency, refund is denied and product is not sent back.
Process & Timelines
  • Refund/replacement only after product is received and inspected.
  • Inspection within 2–4 business days of receipt.
  • Approved refunds issued within 7 working days post-inspection.
Refund Methods
  • Prepaid: Original payment method.
  • COD: UPI / Google Pay / bank transfer (customer’s choice).
  • Amount: Full order value including original shipping & COD charges (for approved cases).

Customer Responsibilities Provide correct pickup address and be available. The Company is not responsible for failed pickups due to address/unavailability. Courier delays are not our liability, though we assist in resolution.
Abuse Prevention We may refuse returns/refunds/replacements and blacklist customers for multiple false claims, misuse, or fraud—at our sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability Liability limited to refund or replacement under this Policy. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or loss of profit/data/business.
Policy Updates May be amended anytime without prior notice. Latest version is effective immediately upon posting on www.gadgetninja.in and applies to all orders thereafter.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction Governed by laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, irrespective of customer location within India.
